Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy (”Refund Policy”) governs the refund and cancellation terms for user on use of services made available on or through www.curacare.in and/or the CURA Care mobile app (collectively, the “Platform”, and together with the services made available on or through the Platform, the “Services”) made available by Solve4X Technologies Private Limited.
The Refund Policy constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Solve4X Technologies Private Limited (a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at No 235, 13th Cross, Hoyasala Nagar 2nd Stage, Indiranagar (Bangalore), Bangalore-560038, Bangalore North, Karnataka, India and its affiliates (“Solve4X”, “CURA”, “CURA care”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and you, a user of the Services, or any legal entity that books LP Services (defined below) on behalf of end-users (“you” or “Customer”). In this Policy, the services offered to you by service professionals on or through the Platform are referred to as “LP Services”.
Customer Cancellation
As a general rule, Customer shall be entitled to cancel service:
- Immediately after booking the service,
- Upto 3 hours before time of service, or
- Until the LP (“Licensed Professionals”) is not assigned
Non-Customer Cancellation
CURA reserves the right to collect a penalty for the LP services constrained to be cancelled by CURA for reasons not attributable to CURA, including but not limited to:
- in the event if the address provided by the Customer is either wrong or falls outside serviceable zone,
- failure to contact Customer by phone or email at the time of delivered the LP services, or
- failure to deliver services due to lack of information, direction or authorisation from Consumer at the time of service
In case of cancellations for reasons attributable to CURA or LP, CURA shall not collect any penalty from buyer
Refund and Penalty
Customer may be to entitled to return for prepaid bookings. CURA retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Customer from the amount refundable to him/her.
Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
All refund amounts shall be credited to Customer’s account as maybe be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Customer’s choice and cancellation event
